Refund policy

Due to the intended personal use of our products, Dilgo does not offer returns or exchanges for any of our products. This includes toys and all other merchandise items, such as apparel, accessories, stickers, and pins.

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the contents before opening your toy’s packaging. If there is a major problem with the contents, such as wrong items delivered, please contact us with your order number and we will work with you to correct the error.
