GENERAL DISCLAIMER
Please read and understand these Terms before making a purchase, to avoid any misunderstanding about the nature of our products, our store policies, and how to safely use and take care of your Dilgo toys. If there is any Term that you do not understand, please contact us via email to sales@dilgo-toys.com.
WE DO NOT SELL TO MINORS
By visiting the dilgo-toys.com website and choosing to enter the full site beyond the age verification pop-up, you are explicitly agreeing that you are an adult, 18 years of age or older. By purchasing a Dilgo product, you are explicitly agreeing that you are a consenting adult, 18 years of age or older, and that you have read and agree to our Terms, Disclaimers, and Policies.
Dilgo products are intended for adult use only, including our non-sexual items such as squishies, candles, clothing, and other merchandise. Dilgo strictly prohibits sales to minors under the age of 18 years old. Dilgo has the right to cancel any order, if we suspect that the buyer is under the age of 18 years old.
HAND-CRAFTED PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
Every Dilgo toy is hand-crafted by the artist who designed them, which means that each and every toy is made with the utmost care and affection. This also means that every Dilgo toy is a unique work of art, not mass-produced, and may have slight imperfections or variations from the images shown in our shop photos. By placing an order with Dilgo, you agree that you understand the variable nature of our artisanal process and you agree to accept deviations from the store images in your ordered product.

These variations may include differences in color, slight bleeding or mixing of one color into another color where they meet, or small unintended streaks of color. The possible imperfections may include tiny nicks or scuffs, small bubbles in the surface texture, or tiny pieces of silicone flashing at the seams between colors. These possible variations are an inherent feature of any hand-crafted silicone casting process. They are only cosmetic imperfections, and do not affect the safety or use of Dilgo toys.

Any larger defects in a Dilgo toy that are more severe than normal imperfections are clearly labeled in our shop as a “Flop,” and usually sold at a discount. By purchasing a Dilgo “Flop” toy, you agree to accept the ordered product as-is, including any and all imperfections.
Dilgo loves animals, and our products are hand-made, packaged, and shipped in a home that has cats. We work in an isolated space where the pets are not permitted, we do our very best to maintain a dust-free and fur-free workspace with air purifiers, and all Dilgo toys are thoroughly inspected and cleaned before being packaged. However, it is impossible to guarantee that no debris has entered your shipment’s packaging.
PROPER USE OF OUR PRODUCTS
Dilgo toys are made of hand-crafted, 100% body-safe platinum-cure silicone. They are safe to contact your skin, body, and water-based lubricants only.
Do not use silicone-based lubricants with Dilgo toys. Silicone may react with silicone and damage your toys. Likewise, do not store your Dilgo toys touching other silicone products.
It is the customer’s responsibility to use our products in a safe manner that is appropriate for the customer’s body. Dilgo toys are intended for personal use by competent adults only. Dilgo LLC is not responsible for any injury or discomfort that a customer experiences by using our products.
PROPER USE OF OUR PRODUCTS cont.
Dilgo toys must be cleaned both before and after every use. They can be easily cleaned with soap and hot water, or fully sterilized by boiling them in pure, clean water.
Do not attempt to disassemble Dilgo toys. Prying the colored sections apart will irreversibly damage your toy and render it unusable.
