SHIPPING:
Be aware that all "Designer Edition" and "Custom Pour" toys are made-to-order. This means that 1 to 3 weeks' time is required for us to create your toy from scratch; therefore, your order may not ship until 3 weeks after your order date.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, custom fees, taxes, and tariffs required for their shipment’s delivery.
Please ensure that you accurately enter your shipping information when you place an order. If the shipping company or postal service returns your order to Dilgo, due to being undeliverable or shipped to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any new shipping fees required to ship the order again.
Dilgo is not responsible for any shipping problems or errors caused by the shipping company or postal service, because this is entirely out of our control. If an ordered package does not arrive at the customer’s specified address, the customer is responsible for contacting the shipping company or postal service and reporting the error. It is the shipping company or postal service’s responsibility to either locate the customer’s package or provide a refund for the lost merchandise. Dilgo does not offer refunds for packages lost in transit to the customer.
